 Mark has been remodeling and repairing homes—his own and others’—since 1998. As summers grew hotter and utility costs climbed, more and more of his clients began asking about ductless mini-split systems. After installing one of these units in his own home over 10 years ago, Mark saw firsthand how much comfort and efficiency they could provide. He knew he wanted to help other families experience the same benefits—and AffordableAC was born.

Here’s a fun fact about Mark:

In 2014, he appeared on the reality show Shark Tank, pitching his kid-friendly gold panning invention, the Gold Rush Nugget Bucket. Mark partnered with Robert Herjavec, and the product was eventually acquired by the Gold Prospectors Association of America. The Gold Rush Nugget Bucket is still being sold today.
