Heating and Cooling for Less!

Heating and Cooling for Less! Heating and Cooling for Less! Heating and Cooling for Less!

Ductless Mini-Split Systems

A ductless mini-split heat pump system is a highly efficient, two-part heating and cooling system that does not require air ducts. It consists of an outdoor compressor unit and one or more indoor air-handling units, connected by refrigerant lines and wiring through a small hole in the wall. This design allows for targeted heating and cooling, increased energy efficiency by eliminating duct-related heat loss, and the ability to control the temperature in different zones or rooms independently.   A ductless heat pump that is powered by electricity is cheaper to install and operate than any other heating system. Ductless systems are easy to maintain, provide significant bill savings, improve air quality, and offer year-round comfort with a built-in air conditioner. Ductless mini split systems are 2 to 3 times more efficient than electric resistance heating (i.e. ceiling heat, electric wall heaters, electric furnaces) and they provide air conditioning when you need it during our hot summers. Upgrade your space with the latest Ductless Heat Pump Mini-Split System technology, featuring both an air handler and condenser Ideal for areas up to 1550 sq. ft. Take full control of your comfort with a variety of options, including the wireless remote, the Smart HVAC app for Apple and Android devices, or hands-free voice commands via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Outdoor Unit

The outdoor compressor unit of a ductless mini-split heat pump is the part of the system that moves heat, not air, between the indoors and outdoors. The outdoor unit compresses and moves refrigerant in a closed loop system, uses a coil and fan to exchange heat with the outdoors, and works in either direction depending on whether you want heating or cooling.

Indoor Unit

The indoor unit is the part of the system mounted on your wall, ceiling, or floor. Its job is to transfer heat between the refrigerant and the air inside your room. It does this quietly and efficiently. It pulls air from inside your room, either warms it or cools it by passing it over a refrigerant-filled coil then blows it back into the room. No outdoor air is utilized in the process. Shown here is a single unit. Our systems can accommodate up to 5 units (5 rooms) for up to 1550 sq./ft. of living space.
